Pizza baking instructions

Preheat oven to 425*. Do not use convection oven.
Remove wrapper and instructions. Place the pizza and baking tray on the center rack of your oven. Make sure the center rack is placed 6 to 8 inches from the bottom of the oven.
Check the pizza after 10 minutes for large bubbles. If they appear, pop them with a fork.
Average baking time is 10 to 15 minutes.
Pizza is perfectly baked when the bottom is golden brown and the cheese is completely melted & Internal temperature is at 165*. Check the bottom of the pizza by lifting the edge with a spatula.
Remove the pizza from the oven and let it stand for a few minutes before cutting into slices, then serve and savor the flavor.

Tips for the perfect pizza

Bake the pizza within one hour or refrigerate.
Refrigerate no more than 24 hours, or freeze for later use. Best results are achieved when the pizza is baked fresh.
If the pizza is refrigerated, remove it from the refrigerator and let it stand at room temperature for at least one hour before baking.
Bake only one pizza at a time.
Make sure the baking tray does not touch the sides or back of oven.
For a crispier crust, slide the pizza directly onto the oven rack for the last two minutes.

Calzone baking instructions

Prick the calzone dough with a fork to allow center to cook evenly.
Place the calzone and baking tray on the center rack of your oven. Make sure the center rack is placed 6 to 8 inches from the bottom of the oven.
Average baking time is 10 to 20 minutes.
Calzone is perfectly baked when the bottom and top crusts are golden brown and the cheese is completely melted & internal temperature is at 165*. Check the bottom by lifting the edge with a spatula.
Remove the calzone from the oven and let it stand for a few minutes before cutting it into slices, then serve and savor the flavor.
Calzone fillings are very hot! Allow sufficient time to cool.

 Cookie baking instruction

Preheat oven to 350*. Remove wrapper and instructions. Leave cookie on its baking tray and place on the center rack of oven. Make the center rack is placed 6 to 8 inches from the bottom of the oven. Bake only one cookie at a time.
Make sure the baking tray does not the sides or back of the oven.
Average baking time is from 13 to 18 minutes.
Cookie is perfectly baked when it’s golden brown.
Remove cookie from oven and let stand a few minutes before cutting into slices.
Cookies contain raw eggs.

Remove wrapper and instructions. Place the pizza directly on the center rack of your oven. Make sure the center rack is placed 6 to 8 inches from the bottom of the oven.
Average baking time is 10 to 15 minutes.
Pizza is perfectly baked when the bottom is golden brown and the cheese is completely melted & Internal temperature is at 165*. Check the bottom of the pizza by lifting the edge with a spatula.
Remove the pizza from the oven back onto the cardboard and let it stand for a few minutes before cutting into slices, then serve and savor the flavor.
